If you know where Dr. Rakesh Kumar’s place is in Mandi Bans, then you know exactly where Tihami Impex is located. We are right opposite his clinic. It’s a lively part of town, always something happening on the street. We’ve been in Mandi Bans for years now. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to run things. We aren't the type to have a lot of fancy decorations or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just us working at our desks, usually with the door open if the weather is nice. We get a lot of people walking by and popping their heads in. Tihami Impex is a small operation, and we like it that way. It keeps things simple. We don't have a philosophy or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, handle the orders, and go home when the work is finished. Being across from the doctor means people use his landmark to find us all the time. The street can get noisy with all the vendors, but that’s just part of being in Mandi Bans. We’ve got some old furniture and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s a real place with real people. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We’re just Tihami Impex at this specific spot.
