Shri Balaji Impex

Our office is down at the Loko Shed area. It’s a bit of an old-school spot, and you can definitely tell by looking around. Shri Balaji Impex has been operating out of here for a while and we’ve grown to like the character of the neighborhood. It’s not the quietest place in the world with all the activity around the shed, but it keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of our time looking at invoices and talking to truckers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever got around to it, but we’re usually too busy for that kind of stuff. We have some old wooden desks that have been here since the beginning and they still do the job fine. It’s mostly just a few of us here every day. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs doing. If someone brings in snacks, we all take a break. It’s that kind of place. We handle a lot of different products coming through and it gets messy sometimes with all the crates. We don't try to hide that because it’s just part of the business. People know where we are and what we do, and we don't feel the need to dress it up. Just practical work in a practical location.
