St. Joans Public School

St. Joans Public School is located right in Sigma City, near N K Sharma Road and Lohgarh Road in Zirakpur. It’s a spot that’s easy to find once you know where you’re going. We’ve been part of the Lohgarh community for a while, and we’ve seen the area change a lot with all the new buildings. Our school is a place where we try to keep things down to earth. We have a lot of local kids who walk or bike here every morning. The staff is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces too. We spend our days mostly in the classrooms or out on the grounds when the kids have their break. It’s a regular school day for us—lots of talking, a bit of running around, and plenty of learning. We don’t go in for any of that polished marketing stuff you see elsewhere. We just focus on the books and making sure the environment is okay for the children. Sometimes the gate gets a bit crowded during pickup time, but that’s just how it is in this part of Zirakpur. We like the families we work with and we try to be helpful whenever a parent has a concern. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here in Sigma City. We just keep our heads down and do our best for the students every single day. There’s always plenty to do.
