Pratibha Public School

Pratibha Public School is out on Paprali Road in Kurali, Mohali. It’s a bit away from the main hustle of the bigger Mohali sectors, which makes it a bit quieter for the kids. The road out here can be a bit bumpy sometimes, but most of the local buses and rickshaws know the way to the school gate. We have a basic building with several floors of classrooms. It isn't a modern architectural marvel, just a plain, functional school building that serves the local families in Kurali. The staff comes from around the Mohali district, and many of them have been working here for a long time. They know the names of almost every student and their parents too. We have a small playground area where the kids spend their mornings and their break times. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is in this part of Punjab. The classrooms have the usual blackboards and wooden desks. We don’t have a lot of fancy tech, just the stuff that works for teaching. During the rainy season, we have to keep an eye on the roof, but mostly everything stays dry. It’s a very grounded, local kind of place where everyone knows everyone else. We just open the gates in the morning and do our work until the afternoon bell rings. That is pretty much how it goes for us every day.
