Tomatoes Vegetarians Paradise

Being inside Pvs Mall in Shastri Nagar means we see a lot of different faces every day. People come in after seeing a movie or finishing their shopping, and they look tired and hungry. We decided to keep everything strictly vegetarian because that is what we know best. My uncle taught me how to cook without using any meat, and he always said that fresh greens are the most important part. It gets a bit loud in the mall, especially on Sundays when everyone is out with their kids. We have some booths where you can sit and get away from the noise for a little bit. We try to keep things clean, but with so many people coming through, there’s always a floor to sweep or a table to wipe down. Meerut is a busy place, and we are just happy to have a spot in Shastri Nagar where we can do our work. Our menu isn't complicated; we just make the things we like to eat at home. Sometimes a dish might be a little saltier one day than the next, but that’s because we cook by taste, not by a machine. We just want people to leave feeling full. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to stay here as long as people keep coming back. We don't have big signs, just good food and a place to sit.
