Kwality Kebabs is right here at 13/3 on Roorkee Road in Modipuram. If you know the New Colony area, we are just opposite the SBI Bank, which makes us pretty easy to find when you're driving through Meerut. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just busy getting the skewers ready and making sure the coal is at the right temperature for the kebabs. People stop by when they’re hungry for something hot and fresh off the grill. It gets quite lively in the evenings when everyone is finishing up work or heading home. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most people in Modipuram know where we are. We don't really do anything fancy here, just focus on the food and keeping things moving. The shop is small but it serves its purpose. You see all sorts of people coming in, from students to families. It’s just how things go on Roorkee Road. Sometimes it’s dusty outside but inside the smell of the meat cooking usually takes over everything else. We just open up the shutters every day and get to work. There’s not much more to it than that. If you are near the bank and smell something good, that’s probably us. We try to keep things simple and just do what we know how to do best. It's just a regular local place. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything, just what we have.
