Fryo Foods Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in the Mohkampur Industrial Area Phase II, right off Delhi Road. It’s one of those places where you can hear the hum of industrial fans from the moment you pull up. The air inside always smells like oil and snacks, which I guess is what you’d expect from a food place. We have these big machines that do most of the heavy lifting, but we still have to keep a close eye on everything. If a belt slips or a temperature gauge acts up, the whole day can go sideways. The industrial area can be a bit grim, especially when it rains and the roads get muddy, but we’ve got a good group of people working here who don’t mind the grit. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the production line and the storage area where we keep the finished bags. The Delhi Road traffic is always a topic of conversation during our breaks because it’s a struggle to get here and back every day. Our building is just a plain structure with a lot of metal and concrete, nothing to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about getting the frying and the packing right. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just have the workers who know the machines and make sure the bags are filled and sealed properly.
