Delhi Food Products

We are based at 180/4 in Nandan Kunj, right on Western Kutchery Road. It’s a decent sized space where we handle all our food products. The kitchen area stays busy most of the morning with people moving around and getting things ready. It can get a bit loud with the equipment running, but we don’t mind much. It’s the sound of work being done. We have been on Western Kutchery Road for some time, and the locals seem to know us well enough. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just trying to make things that people want to eat. You can usually smell something being prepared if you are walking by at the right time. Our team is small, mostly just folks who live nearby and know the area. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the ingredients we get. If they aren't right, we don't use them. That’s just the rule we follow. The packing area is in the back, and that’s where things get sorted into boxes. It’s a lot of manual labor, lifting and stacking, but we stay healthy doing it. Sometimes we run out of space when things get really busy, but we make do. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the food and let everything else take care of itself. That is how we keep things going every day. We don't worry about the small stuff too much.
