Arora Foods (India)

Our place is at B-3 in Udyog Puram, right along the Partapur Delhi Road. It’s a hectic area because of all the traffic moving toward the city, but it makes it easy for the delivery trucks to find us. Arora Foods (India) is basically just a big shed where we process different food items. It stays pretty loud inside with the machinery running most of the day. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to track an order. Most of the work is physical, moving crates and checking the temperature of the storage rooms. The guys who work here have been with us for years, so we all know who is supposed to be doing what without having to talk about it too much. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit cluttered with pallets everywhere. We don't have a lobby with fancy chairs or anything like that. If someone comes to visit, they usually just talk to us right there on the floor or in the little office nook by the door. We handle a lot of different food products, and our main goal is just to stay on top of the schedule so nothing sits around for too long. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way at Partapur for as long as I can remember. The days are long but we get the job done.
