Our branch is located at 735/6 in Jagrati Vihar here in Meerut. It is a spot in Uttar Pradesh that stays quite busy, especially during the evenings. We serve a lot of people from the local neighborhood who just want to get a quick bite to eat. The kitchen is always moving, particularly on the weekends when families come out to visit. It is not a huge place, but we make the space work for us. The staff here mostly lives in the nearby blocks, so we all know each other pretty well. Sometimes the line gets long and things feel a bit hectic, but we just keep our heads down and keep going. We do not really worry about making everything look perfect like you see in the advertisements. For us, it is more about getting the food out while it is still hot. The tables get wiped down constantly because kids can be a bit messy. Jagrati Vihar has a lot of traffic, and we are right there in the thick of it all. We see the same faces every week, which is actually quite nice. It feels more like a local hangout than anything else. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just cook and serve. If the fries are hot and the customers are fed, we consider that a good day. It is hard work, but we have a good rhythm.
