New Shakti Bakers

Down here on Central Market Road, things move pretty fast. New Shakti Bakers has been part of Sector 3 in Shastri Nagar for a good bit of time. Being at number 716 means we see everyone coming and going from the market every day. It’s a lively part of Meerut to be in. We get started early, way before the sun is even up, because there is always a lot to get done before the doors open. It isn’t always quiet, especially with the traffic on the road right outside, but we don’t mind the noise. Most of our time is spent handling dough and checking the timers. We aren't some massive corporation with a bunch of rules. It’s just a place where we make bread and other stuff and hope folks like it. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and other days we have plenty left over. That’s just how it goes in a shop like this. We know many of the faces that walk in because they live right around the corner. It's a regular routine for us. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. We’d rather just focus on what’s in the ovens. If you find yourself in Shastri Nagar, you’ll see our shop. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but we’re here every day working away at it. It takes effort but we enjoy the pace of the market.
