As Commerical Kitchens

Our place is right by Shiv Murti, not too far from Kailash Dairy on Baghpat Rd. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always something happening outside. As Commerical Kitchens is basically a big workshop and storage space for heavy-duty kitchen stuff. We handle a lot of the big stoves, sinks, and tables that restaurants use. It gets quite dusty here because of the traffic on Baghpat Rd, but we try to keep things organized. Most of the time, we are moving heavy equipment around or checking orders. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting. We don't have a big sign with lights; people usually just look for the landmark near Kailash Dairy. The building is older, and the layout is a bit tight with all the stainless steel equipment everywhere. It’s loud, and there’s often the smell of metal or welding in the air. We keep a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it’s a working space. It’s not the kind of place you come to browse like a mall. People come here when they have a specific need for their business. We’ve been near Shiv Murti for a while now, and we know most of the shop owners around here. It’s a practical environment. We just get through the daily tasks, making sure the equipment is ready to go out. It can be exhausting, but it is what it is.
