Subhash Ideal Public School

Subhash Ideal Public School is located right in the middle of Shankar Gali in the Dhauli Pau area. Being in Mathura, the streets around us are often very narrow and busy. You have to navigate through the lanes to find our gate. It’s a local school that’s been part of this neighborhood for quite some time. We have several rooms spread across two floors. The stairs are a bit narrow, so the children have to go up and down in lines. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is arriving at once. We don't have a lot of extra space for things like a big garden. Instead, we focus on the lessons inside the classrooms. The desks are made of wood and have seen many years of use. We keep the fans going to help with the Mathura heat. Our staff mostly walks to work because parking is so difficult in this part of town. Sometimes the temple bells from nearby can be heard during class, but we are used to it. It’s just how life is in this part of 281001. We handle things as they come, whether it's a broken window or a missing textbook. It’s a very grounded place. We don't make any big promises, we just show up and teach. Every afternoon we make sure the chalk is stocked for the next morning's lessons.
