R.M.Vidyaniketan School

R.M.Vidyaniketan School is out in Bheem Khader, near Mant in Mathura. This is a more rural part of the region, so many of our students come from the surrounding villages. It is a quiet area, and the school reflects that. We do not have a massive campus with high walls. It is a simple building that serves the local people. Most of the kids walk here or come on their cycles through the fields. Because we are in Mathura, things move at a different pace compared to the big cities. We have our classrooms and a small office where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we just have to open the windows and carry on with the lessons. The teachers here are mostly from this area, so they understand the challenges the students face at home. We try to provide a steady environment where they can focus on their studies for a few hours every day. There is a lot of open space around the school, and the kids use it to play during their lunch break. We do not have any big promises to make. We just show up, open the doors, and teach the kids what is in the books. It is practical work, and we have been doing it this way for a long time. We know the families and they know us, which makes the whole thing feel more like a community effort. It is just a school for local kids.
