Delhi Public School

This is Delhi Public School out here in Jajanpatti. We are situated right off Bharatpur Road and Agra Road in Mathura. It is a bit of a trek for some, but being on the main road helps with the buses and cars. Mathura is a busy place, but this spot gives us a bit of space. We have the usual school stuff like classrooms, a yard, and desks that have seen better days. We do not try to look like those fancy schools in the big cities. We just focus on the students who come from the surrounding villages and towns. Some kids come from quite far away. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, but we keep the gates closed to manage it. We have a team of teachers who are local and understand the way things work around here. We do not have a long list of fancy promises. Mostly, we just make sure there is a place for kids to sit and learn their subjects. It gets loud during lunch break, as you can imagine with so many kids around. We have been part of this Mathura landscape for a while now. It is just a school, really. We open early, we teach the lessons, and we go home when the sun starts to set. It is hard work, but it is what we do at Jajanpatti. We keep our books and supplies organized the best we can every day.
