Sarosh Institute Of Hotel Administration, Mangalore

We have been running the Sarosh Institute Of Hotel Administration in Mangalore for quite some time now. Our building is located right in the middle of the 575002 zip code area. It is not a shiny new skyscraper, just a practical place where students come to learn the trade. We focus on teaching people how to actually work in a real hotel, which means a lot of time spent in the kitchens and at the front desks we have set up. The floors are a bit worn from all the walking, but that just shows how much activity goes on here. Mangalore is a busy city, and we try to keep up with that pace every day. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy mission statements posted on every wall. It is mostly just the staff and the students trying to get things right. Sometimes the ovens act up or a class runs late, but we just deal with it as it comes. You might see us grabbing lunch at the local spots nearby. We are very much a part of this neighborhood. It’s honest work, helping young people find a career in hospitality. We keep our paperwork in order and make sure the classrooms are ready every morning. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the effort because that is how a real business operates. We've seen many groups graduate and move on to jobs all over the country, which is always nice to see.
