We have been here in Mangalore at the Presidium Commercial Complex on N G Road for a while now. Most people know our spot because we are right near the Income Tax Office in Attavar. It’s a busy part of the city, but we try to keep things steady and simple. If you are coming through Attavar, you will find us pretty easily. We mostly just focus on the daily stuff here and don't worry about being too fancy. The building is easy to spot once you get onto N G Road. There is usually a lot of traffic around the tax office area, so parking can be a bit tricky sometimes, but people always seem to manage. We have been running the place ourselves, and it's mostly just about getting the basics right for whoever comes in. It is not a high-end setup, just a regular hotel where you can stop by. We see a lot of people coming in for work-related things nearby. It gets a bit loud outside during the day, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have kept the place simple because that is what works for us and the people who come here. There isn't much to say other than we are open and doing our thing every day. We know this neighborhood well since we've been at this address for years. If you're looking for us, just head towards the tax office and you’ll see the sign. It is a practical location.
