Larsen & Toubro

We are located at 21/10, Chinna Thevar Line Street in Theni. It’s a lively little spot in Tamil Nadu. Larsen & Toubro is our company, but we run things in a very local way here. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. Our office is right in the thick of it. We don't have any of that corporate polish you see in the movies. It is just a functional space with desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We know most of the people who work in the shops nearby. It feels like a small community. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or trying to sound important. We just come in, check what needs doing, and get to it. The building has been here for a while, and it has its own character. Some of the windows stick, and the floors are a bit worn, but it’s our space. We talk about local things, like the market prices or the rains, while we work. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We aren't looking for awards or anything. We just want to do a decent job every day so we can go home feeling like we accomplished something. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful.
