Wintech Engineer

The workshop is down in Ramesh Nagar on Tibba Road, specifically at H. No. 13771 St. No. 2. If you know Ludhiana, you know how busy this part of town gets with all the industrial activity. We started Wintech Engineer because we like working with our hands and making things out of metal and parts. It gets pretty loud here once the machines start running in the morning. There is always a layer of dust on the windows, no matter how much we clean them. Punjab winters make the metal cold to touch, so we usually have a small heater going in the corner. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and you’ll see us in our work clothes. We spend a lot of time measuring things and checking the lathes. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, so we stay into the evening to finish it up. It’s a bit messy with scraps and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend money on ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on Tibba Road. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to make sure the parts we produce are solid and fit right. That’s enough for us to keep the doors open and keep the machines running.
