If you look for us in Janta Nagar, we are at number 1823 on Jaimal Road. It is a busy little street and finding parking can be a real headache some days for the staff and the visitors. We are mostly doing engineering work here at the shop. It is a lot of grease and metal and loud noises from the tools we use. My hands are usually dirty by ten in the morning and they stay that way until I go home. We have some old machines and some newer ones, and we just try to keep everything running for the people who need repairs or parts made. The workshop is a bit cramped because we have a lot of scrap and metal tools lying around. We probably should organize it better, but there is always another job coming in that needs attention. Janta Nagar is a tight community, so we know most of the people walking past the front door every day. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could fix a specific part for them. It is not a glamorous job. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard in the monsoon, but we just put a bucket under it and keep working. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the news.
