Harman Kalsi Engineering Works

You can find us at B-Xxi-2465 in Janta Nagar, right near the Shanthi Nagar side. Harman Kalsi Engineering Works has been sitting in this same spot for quite a few years now. It’s a local shop, nothing more and nothing less. We spend our days dealing with metal parts and the sounds of the hammer hitting steel. The neighborhood knows us because of the noise, probably. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the equipment and the raw materials stacked up against the walls. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see us covered in dust or oil. That is just how the work goes here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and make parts that people need for their own businesses. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually our only break. Shanthi Nagar is a crowded place so parking can be a bit of a headache near the shop. We’ve grown used to the chaos of the street outside. Our focus is on the bench in front of us. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to do the job right so we can go home at night. It’s a simple way to make a living and we like it that way. No fuss involved.
