Ell Cee Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located at E-652 in Phase-V of the Focal Point area. It is a typical industrial spot. We spend our hours working on various engineering projects that come our way. The building is functional and holds all our equipment. We are not into fancy decorations. The focus is always on the machines and the output. Focal Point is a big place, but we have made our little corner at E-652 work for us. The guys come in early, grab their gear, and start the shift. It is a lot of metalwork and technical stuff that needs attention. We do not talk much about goals, we just look at what needs to be finished by the end of the week. There is a certain rhythm to the work here. Sometimes the coffee is bad and the parts arrive late, but we manage. We have been part of this industrial community for a good while. You learn to appreciate the smell of grease and the sound of the cutters. It is not a glamorous life, but it is ours. We just try to be reliable. If we say we will do something, we do it.
