We operate out of 4222/1 in Beant Pura, right along the Chandigarh Road. It’s a busy stretch, and there’s always a lot of movement. At Western Refrigeration, our main focus is on cooling units, the kind you see in shops or for storing food. The facility here is pretty functional. We have a lot of floor space for the bigger commercial fridges, and it can get quite loud when the testing is going on. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the staff here have been working with refrigeration for a long time, so they can tell what’s wrong with a motor just by the sound it makes. We aren't into big, polished presentations. If you come by, you'll see us in our work clothes, probably moving some heavy equipment around with a pallet jack. The road outside can get dusty, especially with all the construction that seems to happen around Beant Pura, but we just keep the doors closed and get on with it. It’s a simple setup. We take orders, we check the units, and we ship them out. Sometimes there’s a delay with the trucks, or the weather makes everything a bit slower, but that’s just part of the business. We don't try to be anything we're not. We’re just a group of people who know how to keep things cold and we do it every day without any drama.
