The bazaar is always packed with people and the sounds of the city. We’ve been around for quite a while, and the shop is just a reflection of that. It’s packed with different types of metal goods and household items. We don't have a big fancy storefront with glass windows. It's more of an open shop where everything is right there for you to see. The guys working here have been around for a long time and they know every inch of the place. We start early, usually with a cup of tea while we watch the market wake up. It’s not a quiet or clean job; there’s always a bit of soot or dust from the street. We don't use any high-tech systems to manage things. We just remember where we put things and keep track of who owes what in our notebooks. It’s a very simple way of doing business, but it’s how things have been done here for generations. People come to us because they know we are always here at the same spot. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up and sell our goods to whoever walks in.
