Complete Bakers

We are Complete Bakers and we’re located on Raikot Road, right near the Sua in Mandi Mullanpur. It’s a good spot because people pass by all the time on their way into town. We start our day very early, usually while most people are still sleeping, because the ovens need time to get to the right temperature. The smell of baking is something we’ve grown used to, even if we don’t notice it as much as the customers do. Our shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when several people come in at once. We don't have a team of marketing experts or a fancy brand guide. We just bake what we know people like and put it out on the shelves. Sometimes the bread comes out a little darker one day than the next, but that’s just how it goes with manual ovens and real ingredients. We use the same recipes we’ve had for a while now. If you’re looking for something specific, it’s best to come in the morning before we sell out of the popular items. We’ve seen Mandi Mullanpur change a bit over the years, but we’re still here on Raikot Road doing the same thing. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets very hot, but it’s what we do. We like seeing the regular faces who stop by every day for their usual order. It's just a simple bakery run by people who know their dough.
