You can find Progressive Dairy Solutions Limited at SCF No. 9, on the second floor in Block-F of BRS Nagar. We are located very close to Orient Cinema, which is a big landmark in this part of Ludhiana. Being on the second floor means we have to climb a few flights of stairs every day, which keeps us moving. The office is in a standard Shop-cum-Flat building that you see all over Punjab. It is a busy commercial block with banks and small shops downstairs, so there is always something happening outside. We work on providing technical solutions for dairy farms, so our desks are usually covered with drawings, manuals, and laptop cables. It is a small team here, and we spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites in the rural areas around the city. When we are in the office, it is mostly about planning and meeting with farmers who drop by for advice. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and informal. We usually have our lunch together and talk about the local news or the price of cattle feed. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it is more like a workspace where we can sit down and solve problems. The noise from the street filtered through the windows is just a constant background hum while we figure out how to help the local dairies improve their setup.
