If you find your way to C-17 in the Focal Point area, you’ll find us at Techcellence India. It’s a busy little spot where we spend our hours focusing on technical bits and pieces. The office part is a bit cramped because we have drawings and parts scattered across almost every flat surface. We aren’t really into the whole corporate look, so the walls are just plain and the furniture is whatever was available when we started. The workshop floor is where the real action happens, and it’s usually filled with the hum of motors and the smell of cutting oil. We have a small team, and everyone wears a few different hats depending on what needs to be done that day. One minute you might be checking a measurement, and the next you’re helping unload a delivery. We try to keep things moving along, even when the supply chain gets messy or a tool goes missing. We drink a lot of tea to keep going, especially in the afternoons when the energy dips a bit. It’s a straightforward environment where we just want to get the job finished correctly. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign, just our work and the people who do it every day. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but that’s just how we like it here. It is just a place where things get done without any extra fluff.
