At Naptech Computer Solutions, we are based in Guru Hargobind Nagar, right near Ghuman Chowk in Gurusar Sudhar. It is a well-known spot in the area. We spend most of our time dealing with computer problems. People bring in their machines when they stop working or when things get too slow. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's more like a workshop where there are cables and parts everywhere. Gurusar Sudhar is a good place to be. We see a lot of the same faces coming through Ghuman Chowk. We didn't get into this to be some corporate giant. We just liked figuring out how computers work and helping people out when they are stuck. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought and we have to stay late. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people because it just confuses things. We tell it like it is. If a computer is too old to fix, we say so. Being at Naptech Computer Solutions means we are always learning something new because technology changes so fast. But we stay grounded here in Guru Hargobind Nagar. It is a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that, just trying to get your screen working again so you can get back to what you were doing. That is our daily life.
