Tadsmedia Private Limited is based out of the Chandigarh City Centre, which is right on VIP Road. If you have ever driven down VIP Road, you know it is one of those places that never really seems to sleep, with shops and cars and people everywhere. Being located in the City Centre means we are right in the middle of all that energy. Our office is a place where we spend a lot of time brainstorming and working on media-related tasks. It has got a bit of a creative feel to it, mostly because of the people who work here and the kind of stuff we deal with every day. The office is not overly formal; you will see people in hoodies and jeans most of the time, just trying to get through their to-do lists. We like the location because there are plenty of spots to grab a quick bite or a coffee when we need a break from the screens. Sometimes the noise from VIP Road filters in, but it just reminds us that we are in a lively part of town. We do not bother with fancy mission statements or corporate speeches; we just show up, do the work for Tadsmedia, and try to make sure everything looks and works right. It is a straightforward way of doing things, and being in the heart of the city centre definitely keeps us on our toes. We have made the space our own over the years, and it feels like a good fit for us.
