Swastik Distributors

Our place is right there on G.T. Road, not far from the City Police Station. It's a noisy area with all the traffic, but being near the main road makes it easier for the delivery vans. We are Swastik Distributors. We've got a warehouse that's always a bit of a mess with boxes piled up, but we know where everything is. Mostly, we spend the day checking invoices and making sure the stock matches what the shops ordered. It’s just a few of us here. My cousin helps out with the accounts when things get busy. We don't really have a showroom or anything like that. People just come in, pick up what they need, and go. The tea stall next door is where we spend our breaks. G.T. Road is always packed, so we have to time our deliveries carefully or the drivers get stuck for hours. It’s not a glamorous life, just moving goods from one place to another. We’ve been at this location for years, and the neighbors all know us. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just move the boxes out of the way. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to get the work done right so we can go home to our families. If you ever pass the police station, you’ll probably see our sign hanging a bit crooked over the door.
