Suryanarayanaraju Agricalture

We are tucked away in Ram Nagar, on Street Number 21, right behind the Sangeet Cinema. The address is 12244/1, and it’s a place where we handle a lot of different things for Suryanarayanaraju Agricalture. Being behind the cinema makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from this part of town. Our shop is usually filled with bags of seeds and different tools that farmers need. It has a specific smell to it—kind of earthy and dry—which I’ve grown to like over the years. We spend a lot of time talking to the folks who come in from the nearby areas to get what they need for their crops. It’s a steady kind of life, governed more by the seasons than anything else. When the planting season starts, we are busy from dawn until way past dark. Other times, it’s a bit more relaxed and we have time to sit and have a glass of water with the regulars. We don’t have any big corporate plans or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get what they were looking for so they can get back to their fields. The shop isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know where every last shovel and bag of fertilizer is kept. It's been that way since the beginning and it works for us and the locals.
