Sunil Genaral Store

We've been here in Chhawani Mohalla for quite some time now. Sunil Genaral Store is just a small place near Belni Ram Chowk. People usually come in for their regular stuff like soap or snacks. It gets a bit busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home. The shop isn't fancy. We just keep the shelves stocked with what people ask for most. Sometimes the boxes are a bit messy but that’s how it is when things move fast. We try to remember what the regular neighbors like to buy so we don't run out. It's mostly just us here through the day. Ludhiana can be hot, so we keep the fans going. If you're walking past the chowk, you'll see us there at B-2 491. We don't have a big staff or anything, just a couple of us making sure things are in order. The street can get noisy with all the traffic. It’s a simple setup. We deal with the local distributors mostly. Sometimes deliveries come late and we have to wait. That’s just part of the job. We keep track of everything in a notebook. It’s not a supermarket where you wander around for hours. You come in, tell us what you need, and we get it for you from the back or the top shelf. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. It used to be much quieter around here. Now there are bikes everywhere. But the shop stays.
