Ahuja Mart

You can find Ahuja Mart over at Hamy Plaza, which is located on the Pune Satara Road in the Dugri area. Specifically, we’re at Serve No. 87. It’s a pretty busy part of town, and being in Hamy Plaza means we have neighbors all around us doing their own things. The Pune Satara Road is a major route, so there are always cars and buses passing by our front window. We’ve got a variety of things on our shelves, and we spend a lot of our time just restocking and making sure things are where they belong so people can find them. It’s not a giant supermarket, just a local mart where you can get what you need without a lot of fuss. Sometimes the air conditioning in the plaza struggles during the peak of the summer heat, but we keep the doors open to catch a breeze when we can. We aren't big on marketing or fancy displays that you see in the bigger stores. We just put the items out and wait for people to come in. The staff here is small, usually just a couple of us who know the regulars from the Dugri neighborhood by their first names. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we’ve seen the plaza go through its ups and downs over the years. It’s a straightforward shop on a busy road, and we like the pace of it.
