We are located right at Shop No 2 on street zero. It’s just off Samrala Road, right across from Shingar Cinema. If you are near Samrala Chowk, you can basically see the area from there. We have been here for a long time. It’s a vegetarian place, so we don't handle any meat at all. It stays busy because of the cinema nearby. When a movie lets out, we get a lot of people coming in for a bite. Street zero is a small lane, but everyone around here knows it. We start early in the morning to get everything ready. Ludhiana is a fast city, but around Samrala Road, it feels like its own little world. We have a few benches for people to sit. It’s not a big place, just the one shop. We keep the floor clean and the food ready. Sometimes the traffic outside is very loud, especially with the buses going towards the chowk. We don't really have a menu that changes. It is the same stuff we have been making for years. My brother and I manage the counter. We see the same regulars every day. Some kids come by after school too. It’s just a normal shop in a busy part of Ludhiana. We don’t do any fancy decor. It is just walls and some tables. We are just here doing our job. People seem to appreciate having a consistent place to come. We just keep the shutters open and wait for the day to start.
