Spencer Knitwears

Spencer Knitwears is based in the Thapar Building, which is right in the middle of Bazar Kharadian. If you know this part of the city, you know how tight the streets get. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes through the hallways and making sure the knitwear is packed right. It is an old building, but it works for what we need. The stairs are a bit steep and sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that is just how things are around here. We have been in this spot for a long time. There are always people walking by and the market noise is something you just get used to after a while. Most of the work involves checking the stitching and getting items ready to go out to the shops. It’s not a fancy office with big windows, just a practical space where we can sit and get the job done. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about the weather or whatever else is happening in the bazaar that day. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room for all the yarn, but we find a way to make it fit. It is a simple operation and we just try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss about it. We don't have any big slogans or goals, we just want to finish the day's work and head home.
