Smiley Collection

Being near Pimple Chowk means things are always moving. Chawani Mohalla is one of those places where you always hear scooters zooming past and people chatting. Our shop, Smiley Collection, is right in the middle of it all. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the stock and helping whoever walks through the door. Some days are packed with people looking for something specific, and other days it’s just the regulars stopping in to say hi. We keep a lot of different things on the shelves, mostly stuff people need for their daily lives or maybe a gift for a wedding. The space is a bit tight when we get a new shipment in. Boxes everywhere and we have to shuffle things around to make room. Ludhiana weather gets pretty hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast. It’s a local business through and through. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all kind of look out for each other. You won’t find any fancy displays or expensive lighting here. We just put the items out where people can see them and try to keep things organized. It gets dusty with the road right there, but we do our best to keep the place tidy. It’s just a normal shop in a busy part of town where everyone knows everyone. We just keep showing up and doing our thing day after day.
