We have been operating out of No. 122/ B on Chooti Jawadi Dugri Road for some time now. It is a busy spot and the traffic outside can get a bit loud during the afternoons. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done every day. Most of us here have lived in this area our whole lives. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea at the corner. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just sit around talking until it comes back. It is a small team at Reetkaur Pvt. Ltd. and we mostly handle things as they come. There is always some paperwork piled up on the main desk that needs sorting. We try to keep things simple. You won’t find any big shiny signs here, just a small one by the door. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is bad and everyone stays inside. We started this because it seemed like a good way to earn a living in our own neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s a quiet life mostly. We spend a lot of time checking ledgers and making sure everything adds up at the end of the month. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our work and we take it seriously enough to keep going.
