Source Mines

Our place, Source Mines, is located at 572, Jain Colony, right off Daba Road. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle the mining side of things. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking to people at the sites. Mining is a tough business and it’s definitely not for everyone. There’s a lot of grit and dust involved, even when we’re just sitting in the office in Jain Colony. We started this because we knew the area and saw an opening to do things a bit differently. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us who know the industry inside and out. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at the sites making sure things are moving along like they should. Daba Road can get pretty busy with trucks and traffic, which actually fits what we do. We like the energy of it. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the weather turns bad, and we have to figure out a plan on the fly. That’s just part of the job. We aren't out here making big promises. We just try to get the raw materials where they need to go. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we’ve built a decent life out of it. We're just local folks doing what we know how to do, day in and day out.
