Soni Departmental Store

You can find Soni Departmental Store at Shop No. 7 in Phase 2, Dugri. We are right near Green Land Convent School. This means we see a lot of parents and kids every morning and afternoon. When the school lets out, the shop gets full of children looking for snacks or stationery. It is a lively place to be. We have a bit of everything here because people in Dugri need a variety of things for their homes. I stock bread, eggs, chips, and even some household plastic items. The shop isn't huge but I make use of every inch of wall space. I have lived in this area for a long time so I know the families around here quite well. Some days are very quiet when the school is on holiday. I use that time to restock the shelves and count the inventory. The street outside is usually lined with cars and scooters. My chair is tucked in the corner behind the billing desk. It is a simple setup with basic tubelights and a fan. We don't have a big staff, just me and occasionally a helper. We just focus on keeping the things people ask for most. It is nice being part of the local community here in Phase 2. The noise from the school playground is just part of the background now.
