Slashcode Software Private Limited

Slashcode Software is tucked away at B-37/290, Street No. 1 in Nirmal Nagar, which is part of the Dugri area in Ludhiana. It’s more of a neighborhood vibe than a cold business park. You’ll see people walking their dogs or kids playing outside while we are inside working on software. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles and notes that only half of us can read. Ludhiana is a busy city, so the noise from the main road sometimes drifts in, but it’s mostly quiet on our street. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who really like coding. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons getting deep into projects. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already dark outside. We have a small kitchen area where the fridge is usually full of half-finished water bottles and someone’s lunch from yesterday. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll mostly see us in t-shirts and jeans. We focus on the work rather than how we look or trying to sound important. It’s a good spot for us because it feels like home. We’ve been at this for a while and we just keep plugging away at the code every day. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes.
