Singhania Enterprises

Singhania Enterprises is based at 913/5, Nirankari Street, over in Number-6. We are tucked away near the fire brigade in Millerganj. This whole area is basically one giant marketplace and industrial hub. It is always busy, and finding a place to park a bike is a nightmare half the time. Our shop is just one of many on this street, but we have been here quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly stacks of inventory and some worn-out ledgers. We do a lot of our business by word of mouth. People walk in through the front door from the street, often looking a bit tired from the heat outside. We keep a fan going all day, but it mostly just moves the warm air around. There is a lot of shouting and the sound of bells and motors from the street, so you have to speak up to be heard. We handle a lot of different things, and the inventory changes all the time, so the place looks different every week. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. There are boxes in the corners and bits of packing material on the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when three trucks show up at once, everything goes out the window. We just work through the pile until it's time to go home. It’s a typical Millerganj business, no fancy airs or anything like that, just people trying to run a shop.
