Our place is located at D-178 in Phase-Vi, right in the heart of Focal Point. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We spend our time working on equipment that helps farmers and people in the agriculture business. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or parts waiting to be moved. We started out small and just kept at it day after day. It's not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes that get stained pretty quickly. We handle a lot of different orders and try to keep things moving so nothing gets backed up. The weather gets pretty intense here in the summer, which makes the factory floor quite warm. We have a small office in the front, but most of the real work happens in the back area. It’s a practical setup without any unnecessary frills. We know the other business owners on this street and sometimes swap tools or help each other out. Dealing with agrotech means we have to understand how things work in the fields. It’s a lot of metalwork and assembly. We just focus on getting the tasks done before the day ends. Sometimes we stay late if a big shipment is due. It’s steady work and we’ve been at this spot for a good bit of time now. The machinery needs constant oiling and we make sure the gear is ready.
