Selection Knitters

If you head down Bhadurke Road near the Jalandhar Bye Pass, you will find Selection Knitters. We are in an area where there is a lot of manufacturing going on, so it’s never really quiet. You can hear the machines from the street sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The building has some wear and tear, but it’s sturdy and does the job for us. Inside, it’s mostly about the work. We don't have a lobby with fancy chairs or artwork. We have yarn, machines, and people who know how to use them. It gets a bit dusty because of what we do, but that is just part of the trade. We aren't really interested in the corporate way of doing things. We just want to finish the orders and get them out the door. The traffic near the Jalandhar Bye Pass can be a headache, but we’ve learned to work around it. Most of the staff live nearby, so we are a local bunch. We don't have a big statement on the wall. We just have a schedule and a lot of coffee to keep us going. Selection Knitters is a place where we work hard and go home tired. It’s a simple life for us. We don't put on airs or pretend to be bigger than we are. Just a bunch of folks working on Bhadurke Road, trying to do things the right way without any extra fuss.
