Sam Infotech

We’ve been at Plot No. 2996 for a bit now. 11Th Street gets really busy during the day, but it’s where we do our work. Sam Infotech is just a small team of us dealing with whatever tech problems people bring through the door. It gets quite dusty on Ati Road sometimes, especially when the wind picks up, but we’re used to it. We fix screens, look at weird software glitches, and basically handle whatever is broken. Most days it’s just us surrounded by coffee mugs and tangled cables. People from the New Janta Nagar neighborhood drop by to ask questions or leave their laptops. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist. Just some wooden benches and a bunch of tools scattered around. It’s very local. Sometimes parts take a day or two to get here from the supplier, so we have to ask people to wait. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s definitely not a fancy corporate office. Just a shop where we actually do the manual work. The neighbors know us by name now. We’ve seen the street change over the years. Computers are strange machines; they just stop working for no apparent reason sometimes. We spend a lot of our time staring at motherboards and trying to find the fault. If you are near the Ati Road area, you have probably seen our small sign. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s ours. We handle the small stuff and some bigger office setups too. It keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait. That’s just how it goes here. We stay focused on the repairs.
