Sajjan Singh & Company

We've been at Shop No.3 on Harnam Singh Makkar Road for a while now. It’s right near Campa Cola Chowk on Gill Road. Most people know the area because of the traffic and all the other shops around here. If you’re driving down Gill Road, you can’t really miss it. We open up early most mornings, sweep the front, and get things ready for whoever comes by. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the counters. Sajjan Singh & Company is just a small place, nothing fancy. We have some chairs for people to sit if they have to wait. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but it still says the name clearly enough. The neighbors are good people, and we all help each other out if someone needs change or a hand with something heavy. It gets quite loud with the horns honking at the Chowk, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just do our work and go home when the sun goes down. There isn’t much more to say. We are just here on Harnam Singh Makkar Road doing what we do every day. If you find yourself near the Campa Cola factory area, you’ll see us there in the row of shops. It's a simple life here.
