Harminder Trading Company

Harminder Trading Company runs out of Shop No. 23 and 24 at Plot B-17. We’re in Phase-2 of Focal Point, which is a busy industrial hub. Being near the U.C.O. Bank is handy because everyone knows where that is. We have two shops side by side to give us enough room for all the stuff we trade. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of big ceiling fans that hum all day long. In the winter, it gets quite cold, so we usually have some hot tea going on the side to stay warm. We’ve been here in Focal Point for a long time. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially after the monsoon, but the business never really stops for that. We deal with a lot of different people, from small-time contractors to bigger suppliers from out of town. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We just open up early, stay late if we have to, and make sure we don't lose track of our inventory. The shop walls are lined with boxes and samples of what we have. It’s a bit cramped, but we know where everything is kept. Having the bank nearby is good for our daily errands too. We don't have a corporate office feel; it's just a working shop where we get things done every day without much fuss or bother.
