R.R. Shawls

R.R. Shawls is tucked away in Ghasmandi, right by Nikkamal Chowk. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and people walking around all day long. If you know the chowk, you know how loud it gets with all the honking and people shouting. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our space isn't very large, but we make it work. Most days involve a lot of folding and moving boxes around. The dust from the street can be a bit much sometimes, but that's life in this part of the city. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us because they’re already in Ghasmandi for something else and happen to stop by. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you’re not used to the small lanes. We usually have a lot of stuff piled up near the entrance because there isn't much storage in the back. It’s just how we manage things. The light in the shop isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks. Sometimes we sit outside on the stools when it’s quiet, just watching the world go by at Nikkamal Chowk. It’s a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit crowded during the festival seasons.
