Reliance Next Link is located right at H. No. 180 in Janta Enclave, which is in the Dugri area of Ludhiana. It’s more of a neighborhood setup than a big commercial building. Being in Punjab, we deal with the seasons as they come, from the hot summers to the foggy winters. The office is basically just a room where we keep our equipment and handle our daily tasks. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. Most of the people around here know us as the local spot for whatever link services we are handling. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and talking to people who live in the enclave. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't have a reception desk or a bunch of managers. It’s just us making sure the connections are working and the paperwork is filed away correctly. Sometimes the power goes out in Dugri, and we have to wait it out, which is just part of the local charm. We try to be helpful when people stop by with questions. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there is always something to do. We keep the place tidy and make sure we are ready for whatever the next day brings. It’s just a small business in a residential part of Ludhiana, trying to keep things simple and functional.
