Realeye Brand Store is based right at Jamalpur Chowk. If you’ve ever been through this part of town, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people always rushing somewhere. We set up our North India office here because it’s a central point for us to manage things. It’s not some glass skyscraper; it’s just a regular office where we keep track of our stock and talk to customers. Sometimes the noise from the chowk makes it hard to hear on the phone, but you get used to it after a week or two. We carry various items and try to keep the shelves looking decent, though on busy days things can get a bit cluttered. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the country, just a reliable place where people can find what they need. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the area well. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even when the paperwork starts to pile up on the desks. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets finished. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the back room when a new shipment arrives, but we make it work. Most of the people who come in are regulars from around Jamalpur. We just do our thing and try to stay helpful without being pushy.
