We are located at B-34/3337 Shakti Vihar, in the Haibowal Kalan area. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it feels a bit different than being in a big industrial park. Ranco Impex Pvt.Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a few years now. The street can be a bit narrow, so when we have big deliveries, it can be a bit of a struggle to get the trucks in and out without blocking the neighbors. We try to be quick about it so nobody gets too annoyed. The house number is B-34/3337, and we use the lower floors for our storage and office work. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, and we don’t really go in for any corporate stuff. We just focus on our imports and exports and making sure the boxes are packed right. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living and working in Haibowal Kalan. We have a small staff of local guys who help with the heavy lifting and the inventory. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need to say much to get things done. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. We just do our work, talk to our regulars, and close up shop when the sun goes down. It’s a pretty simple way to run things.
